KEEP
IT COLD TO KEEP
IT HOT
To keep prepared horseradish
at its flavor best, store in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator
or freezer. It will keep its good quality for about 2-3 months in the
refrigerator, and about 6 months or longer in the freezer.
